    Very good indeed. I love your conclusion: the constitution gives us the right to be offended. Sounds silly at first, but it’s actually a brilliant way of framing it.

    (It’s like the right to be sued – sounds stupid, but that right allows for the enforcement of contracts and hence enables non-self-enforcing trade. See Macur Olson on this, btw).
